Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Your request must include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny any return requests that do not meet these requirements.
